CaptureSelect™ IgG-Fc (ms) Affinity Matrix has been specifically designed to purify IgG from multiple species by high affinity binding to the Fc region of IgGs . Unlike protein G, gentle elution conditions can be used to recover the product. This affinity matrix can be used for purification of IgG from a broad range of species, such as human, mouse, rat, rabbit, cow, horse, and sheep.
