This is one of a group of CaptureSelect™ Antibody Toolbox® affinity resins designed for the simple, single-step purification of all antibody subtypes and fragments. Unlike the common bacterial coat protein matrices (e.g., Protein A, G, and L), the Antibody Toolbox resins were specifically designed to purify any antibody format with high affinity and specificity. These unique affinity ligands are immobilized on a high capacity agarose support for lower-pressure antibody purification applications.
