DNA 5` End-Labeling System (DNA 5` 末端标记系统) 是一个完善的系统，使用T4 Polynucleotide Kinase (T4 多聚核苷酸激酶)和 [g-32P]ATP 对双链和单链DNA 以及RNA 进行磷酸化反应。本系统包括酶、缓冲液和用于测试反应效率的对照DNA 标准物。另外还含有Calf Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase ( 小牛肠碱性磷酸酶)，与T4 Polynucleotide Kinase (T4 多聚核苷酸激酶) 一起能去除标记物前的5`- 磷酸。

The DNA 5´ End-Labeling System is a complete system for phosphorylating both double- and single-stranded DNA and RNA with T4 Polynucleotide Kinase and [γ-³²P]ATP. The system includes enzymes, buffers and control DNA standards to measure reaction efficiencies. Calf Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase is included for removal of the 5´-phosphate prior to labeling with T4 Polynucleotide Kinase.
