ChromaTide Alexa Fluor 568-5-dUTP can be used to synthesize labeled DNA probes for in situ hybridization, microarray or blotting techniques. The red-fluorescent Alexa Fluor 568 dye is well-excited by the 568 nm line of the Ar-Kr laser and exhibits less spectral overlap with green-fluorescent dyes as compared to orange-fluorescent dyes.
