Quick and Easy Shipment of Human Tissues Cell Therapy Systems Hibernate®-A CTS™ media can be used for shipment of human postnatal and adult tissue such as brain tumor, umbilical cord, and foreskin at ambient temperature using a simple 3 step process:
Collect tissue in a conical tube containing Hibernate medium (brain tumor cells require additional supplements).
• Ship tissues in Hibernate® media within 24 to 72 hours on cold packs. • Transfer received tissues into media of choice and initiate cultivation.
