Overview
A convenient solution containg X-Gal and IPTG

• Sterile ready-to-use 1000X solution
• Covenient packaging allows for easy application
• Available in two sizes (1.5 ml or in a convenient 10 ml dropper bottle)
 

How to Use
After allowing the molten agar-media solution to cool 60 ºC, dilute X-Gal/IPTG Ready Solution, 1000X to 1X in the molten agar-media.  Pour the media and let it solidify in the plates.  Alternatively, 2-3 drops of X-Gal/IPTG Ready Solution can be spread on a plate.
