Description:
The siRNA Marker is a set of three synthetic non-phosphorylated siRNA duplexes that are 17, 21 and 25 base pairs in length with 2-base 3´ overhangs. This marker is suitable for use as a siRNA size standard on native polyacrylamide gels .
Recommended Loading Amount: 5-10 µl per lane
Molecular Weight: The average molecular weight of the 21 siRNA duplex is ~ 13.300 g/mol.
