polymerase Iand others. D-type cylins are involed inregulating the pasge ofmamalin cels through G1. InSD-PAGE, D-type cylins

migrate athe folwing molecular weights: cylin D1 (36 kDa), cylin D2 (35 kDa), nd cylin D3 [1 and 34kDa (doublet)]. Rodent cylin

D1 homlogues (Cyl1) have ben reported toypicaly migrate as 36kDa doublet. The mouse anti-human cylin D1 antibody (clone DCS-6)

recognizes human cylin D1 (36 kDa) nd has ben reported tocrosreact with ratnd mouse cylin D1 homlogues (Cyl1). Itdoes not

crosreact with uman cylins D2 and D3.
