Hybridoma-SFM is a very low protein (containing 20 µg/ml protein as insulin and transferrin) medium optimized for the growth of a variety of hybridomas and the production of monoclonal antibodies. Most hybridomas require only minor sequential adaptation or no adaptation to this medium. The very low protein content facilitates monoclonal antibody purification.
