Donkey Anti-Goat IgG，HRP Conjugate( 驴抗山羊IgG，辣根过氧化物酶标记) 是驴抗山羊IgG 二抗，是经亲和纯化并标记辣根过氧化物酶。当使用工作稀释度为1:10,000 的Donkey Anti-Goat IgG，HRP Conjugate 进行Western blot 显色实验时，检测结果表明该抗体可与山羊和绵羊的IgG 反应，而与兔和小鼠IgG 以及PC12 细胞提取物有极小的交叉反应。它可检测100ng 山羊IgG，而背景极低。

Donkey Anti-Goat IgG, HRP Conjugate shows reactivity to goat and sheep IgG but minimal cross-reactivity to rabbit and mouse IgG. For Western blot applications with chromogenic detection use at a starting dilution of 1:10,000.
