Untreated Rabbit Reticulocyte Lysate( 未处理的兔网织红细胞裂解物) 包含蛋白合成所必须的细胞组分(tRNA, 核糖体, 氨基酸, 起始，延伸和终止因子)，但没有经过微球菌核酸酶处理。未经处理的裂解液主要是用作这些组分的分离，并可作为内源性球蛋白mRNA丰富的来源。未经处理的裂解液与经处理的裂解液都是用同样的方法从新西兰白兔中制备，不同之处在于前者没有经过微球菌核酸酶处理。

Untreated Rabbit Reticulocyte Lysate contains the cellular components necessary for protein synthesis (tRNA, ribosomes, amino acids, initiation, elongation and termination factors) but has not been treated with micrococcal nuclease. Untreated Lysate is used primarily for the isolation of these components and as an abundant source of endogenous globin mRNA. Untreated Lysate is prepared from New Zealand white rabbits in the same manner as treated lysates with the exception that it is not treated with micrococcal nuclease.
