The FluoroSpot assay for Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) and Interleukin-5 (IL-5) enables simultaneous detection of distinct cell populations secreting either of these two cytokines, as well as the prevalence of possible co-secreting cells.

FluoroSpot kit for the simultaneous detection of human IFN-γ and IL-5. The complete kit contains low fluorescent PVDF-based membrane plates, capture mAbs, detection mAbs conjugated to FITC or Biotin respectively, anti-FITC mAb-Green, Streptavidin-Red, anti-CD28 mAb, fluorescence enhancer and anti-human CD3 mAb as positive control.
