The FluoroSpot assay for IFN-γ (Interferon-gamma) and IL-13 enables simultaneous detection of distinct cell populations secreting either of these two cytokines, as well as the prevalence of possible co-secreting cells.

FluoroSpot kit for the simultaneous detection of human IFN-γ and IL-13. The complete kit contains low fluorescent PVDF-based membrane plates, capture mAbs, detection mAbs conjugated to FITC or Biotin, respectively, anti-FITC mAb-Green, Streptavidin-Red, anti-CD28 mAb, fluorescence enhancer and an anti-human CD3 mAb as positive control.
