Where this product has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the product for use in their own system using the appropriate negative/positive controls.
Storage
Store at -20oC only.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein.
Enzyme is in the pro-enzyme form and therefore needs activating prior to use by the following method. Activation is achieved by the addition of 10% (v/v) of a 20 mM solution of aminophenyl mercuric acetate in DMSO, followed by incubation at 37ºC for 8 hours. (If time is short substantial activation is achieved within 3 hours).
