β-Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD⁺) is included with the PreCR™ Repair Mix (NEB# M0309). NAD⁺ is supplied as an aqueous 50 mM solution.

Usage notes:

For use in the PreCR Repair Mix, NAD⁺ should be duluted 1:100 to a final concentration of 500 μM. NAD⁺ solution should be stored at -20°C, and the user should avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For storage longer than 30 days, store at -80°C.
