描述：

CXCL7 is a member of the alpha (CXC) subfamily of chemokines. Rat CXCL7 cDNA encodes

a 111 amino acid residue precursor protein. Rat CXCL7 shares 72% amino acid sequence

identity with mouse CXCL7 (accession number AAG36786). The recombinant rat CXCL7

produced by R&D Systems has been shown to chemoattract human CXCR2 transfected

mouse BaF/3 cells, but not human CXCR1 transfected mouse BaF/3 cells.
