描述：

The BD™ CBA Functional Beads are color-coded 7.5 μm polystyrene beads that can be classified using a flow cytometer. The Functional Beads can be used in conjunction with the BD CBA Functional Bead Conjugation Buffer Set (Cat. No. 558556) to covalently link water-soluble proteins to the surface of the beads via a sulfo-SMCC chemistry. The beads, once linked to a protein, can be used as a capture matrix for analytes of interest. This vial of Functional Beads contains enough beads for 6,000 tests (6 - 12 conjugations of 500 - 1000 tests each). It is recommended that the user carefully read the BD CBA Functional Bead Conjugation Buffer Set instruction manual before purchasing or using the BD CBA Functional Beads.

1.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results. 2.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing. 3.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
