G-DEX™ IIc Genomic DNA Extraction Kit(for Cell/Tissue) is designed for simple genomic DNA extraction

with cell, tissue and bacteria samples. There is no sample starting amount limit as spin type product so

that it can extract in various category from small amount to maxi amount without depending on sample

starting amount.

Recommended buffer amount following to sample starting amount is offered for optimized condition to

extract high purity genomic DNA extraction.

You need to perform only simple 4 steps (Cell lysis, protein remove, harvest DNA pellet, DNA Hydration).

Cell Lysis Buffer is developed for efficient cell nucleus lysis from various sample. PPT Buffer can make protein

precipitation without heating step. Pure Genomic DNA extracted using this product makes efficient PCR to

Southern blot with Intact genomic DNA, as well as high purity DNA can be applied to cDNA chip process as

a probe.
