描述：
This extended range Ambion® Taq Polymerase contains a proofreading activity that reduces the error rate of Taq Polymerase. It produces significantly higher yields of PCR products than ordinary Taq Polymerase, especially for fragments >1 kb, and can amplify up to 20 kb. It is supplied in one tube containing 50 U at a concentration of 5 U/ µL. It can be used in PCR and RT-PCR reactions. SuperTaq™ Plus is suitable as a direct replacement for ordinary Taq Polymerase in most applications.

One unit incorporates 10 nmol of deoxynucleotides into acid insoluble material in 30 min at 74°C.
