Optimized for use in blotting applications with dioxetane-based substrate solutions (CSPD or CDP-Star substrates), providing consistent experiment-to-experiment results. High specific activity of conjugates provides high sensitivity of detection with dioxetane-based substrate solutions (CSPD or CDP-Star substrates). Low non-specific binding provides highest possible signal-to-noise in western blotting and immunoassay applications. Easy to Use The recommended initial working dilution for the labeled antibodies is 1:5,000 for AP conjugates.
