Specificity:Detects rat IL-12 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximatley 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL‑12 is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-12 is observed, and less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant feline IL‑12 and recombinant canine IL‑12 is observed.
