In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross‑reactivity with recombinant human IL-1 beta and recombinant mouse IL-1 beta is observed, and 10% cross‑reactivity with recombinant rat IL-1 beta and recombinant porcine IL-1 beta is observed.
