Specificity:Detects mouse CXCL9/MIG in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 0.5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) CXCL9/MIG is observed and less than 0.005% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse MIP-2, recombinant rat CINC-1, rhGRO alpha, rhGRO beta, and rhGRO gamma is observed.
