Specificity:Detects human TGF‑alpha in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) AR, rhBTC, rhEGF, rhHB-EGF, rhHRG-alpha, and rhHRG-beta is observed. Neutralizes the biological activity of rhTGF-alpha, but will not neutralize the biological activity of rhEGF.
