Specificity:Detects human IL-2 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISA, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant porcine IL-2 is observed, approximately 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-2 is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat IL-2 is observed.
