Rat anti Dog CD11/CD18 antibody, clone YKIX490.6.4recognizes the canine leukocyte cell adhesion molecule (LeuCAM) composed of the 180kDa CD11a chain complexed with the 95kDa common beta chain CD18. The CD11a/CD18 complex is also known as LFA-1.
Rat anti Dog CD11/CD18 has been reported to block T cell proliferation, cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) lysis, antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxic (ADCC) lysis and homotypic cell adhesion (Cobboldet al.1994)

Spleen cells from immunised DA rat were fused with cells of the Y3/A1.2.3 rat myeloma cell line.
Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
