The proprietary MagicMedia™ formulation enables E. coligrowth to reach culture densities 3–10-fold higher than those achieved with traditional LB + IPTG methods, allowing you to:

MagicMedia™ E. coli Expression Medium is available in two convenient formats to meet specific needs: premixed powder packaged in a convenient, dissolvable bag (foil pouch format) or a ready-to-use, pre-sterilized liquid. The formats contain proprietary component A (in foil pouch powder or 1X liquid format) and component B (in buffer format).
