RPA-T4 recognises the human CD4 cell surface antigen, expressed by the helper inducer subset of T lymphocytes.
WR18 recognises a common determinant on the b chain of the human HLA Class 2 molecules HLA-DR, DP and DQ. This antigen is expressed on B lymphocytes, monocytes and on activated T lymphocytes.
DC022 is designed to permit the simultaneous enumeration of CD4 and HLA Class 2 expressing cells. It is particularly useful in the assessment of HLA Class 2 expression on T lymphocytes.
