UCHT1 recognises the human CD3 antigen, which is expressed by all mature T cells.
LT8 recognises the human CD8 antigen, a 32kD dimer expressed by a subset of T cells with cytotoxic/suppressor activity, and more weakly by NK cells.
DC003 may be used to simultaneously identify CD3 and CD8 positive cells and to identify populations of lymphocytes that co-express these antigens.
