HA-Tag (C29F4) Rabbit mAb（生物素化）可以检测包含有HA标签的内源性表达的蛋白。单克隆抗体是通过用含有流感血凝素蛋白表位e (YPYDVPDYA的合成肽段免疫动物生产的。此种抗体在最优的条件下与生物素结合，已经采用HA标签蛋白转染的COS细胞测试。在免疫印迹、免疫沉淀和免疫染色等技术中，表位标签用于标记和检测蛋白。由于它们的体积很小，它们一般不会影响标记蛋白的生化特性。HA标签是从流感血凝素蛋白的一个表位演化而来的，已经被作为一个常规标签广泛应用于表达载体中（1）。

Description

This Cell Signaling Technology (CST) antibody is conjugated to biotin under optimal conditions and tested using COS cells transfected with HA-tagged protein.

Background

Epitope tags are useful for the labeling and detection of proteins using immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation and immunostaining techniques. Due to their small size, they are unlikely to affect the tagged protein's biochemical properties.The HA tag is derived from an epitope of the influenza hemagglutinin protein which has been used extensively as a general epitope tag in expression vectors (1).
