Rabbit (DA1E) mAb IgG XP™ 同型对照(生物素化)不能直接用于其它已知抗原的检测，它作为兔IgG单克隆抗体的同型对照。Rabbit (DA1E) mAb IgG XP™ 同型对照(生物素化) 抗体在最佳条件下结合了生物素，已经过内部测试，可以直接用于流式细胞分析和western blot。同型对照是用来评估针对由于Fc受体结合或者其它蛋白与蛋白之间的相互作用引起的一抗的非特异性结合。一个同型对照抗体应该与被测抗体具有相同的免疫球蛋白类型和相同的浓度。

Rabbit (DA1E) mAb IgG XP® Isotype Control (Biotinylated) is not directed against any known antigen. It functions as an isotype control for rabbit IgG monoclonal antibodies.

Description

Rabbit (DA1E) mAb IgG XP® Isotype Control (Biotinylated) antibody was conjugated to biotin under optimal condtions and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry and western blot.

Background

Isotype control antibodies are used to estimate the nonspecific binding of target primary antibodies due to Fc receptor binding or other protein-protein interactions. An isotype control antibody should have the same immunoglobulin type and be used at the same concentration as the test antibody.

注意事项：

Storage: Supplied in 136 mM NaCl, 2.6 mM KCl, 12 mM sodium
phosphate (pH 7.4) dibasic, 2 mg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol. Store at
-20ºC. Do not aliquot antibody.
