正常鼠IgG不能直接用于其它已知抗原的检测。正常鼠IgG通过采用亲和色谱法从天然小鼠血清中分离出来的。正常鼠IgG（全分子）主要包含IgG1和IgG2a亚型和少量IgG2b和Igg 3,Ig个3与羟基丁二酰亚胺活化的琼脂糖微珠上的主要氨基基团发生共价反应而固定。 Mouse IgG（琼脂糖微珠结合）用来检测非特异性的免疫沉淀复合体。对照抗体用来检测因Fc受体结合或者蛋白与蛋白之间的相互作用引起的一抗的非特异性结合。

Description

This Cell Signaling Technology normal mouse IgG (whole molecule) containing predominantly IgG1 and IgG2a isotypes and small amounts of IgG2b and IgG3 is immobilized via covalent binding of primary amino groups to N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated sepharose beads. Mouse IgG (Sepharose Bead Conjugate) is useful to determine non-specific immunoprecipitation complexes.

Background

Control antibodies are used to estimate the non-specific binding of target primary antibodies due to Fc receptor binding or other protein-protein interactions.

Storage: Supplied in 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol. Store at –20°C. Do not aliquot the antibodies.
