描述：

The Ki-24 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human CD70. CD70 is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the TNF
Superfamily. CD70 is also known as Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 7 (TNFSF7), CD27 ligand (CD27-L, CD27L,
CD27LG), and KI-24 antigen. The CD70 antigen immunoprecipitates as five bands (50, 70, 90, 100 and 160 kDa) under non-reducing
conditions. CD70 is strongly expressed on Reed-Sternberg cells, some activated T or B cells and Epstein Barr Virus (EBV)-positive
lymphoblastoid cell lines. CD70 plays roles in the activation, proliferation and differentiation of B cells and T cells including the enhanced
production of cytotoxic T cells.
This antibody is conjugated to BD Horizon™ PE-CF594, which has been developed exclusively by BD Biosciences as a better alternative to
PE-Texas Red®. PE-CF594 excites and emits at similar wavelengths to PE-Texas Red® yet exhibits improved brightness and spectral
characteristics. Due to PE having maximal absorption peaks at 496 nm and 564 nm, PE-CF594 can be excited by the blue (488-nm), green
(532-nm) and yellow-green (561-nm) lasers and can be detected with the same filter set as PE-Texas Red® (eg 610/20-nm filter).

sample (a test).
