The ICRF4 monclonal ntibody reacts with CD1b, the 165-kDa dhesion glycoprtein tha sociates with e 95-kDa integrin β2(CD18)

to frm the CD1b/CD18 complex, also known asMac-1 orCR3. CD1b isexpresd onactivated lymphocytes, moncytes, granulocytes,

and asubet ofNK cels. CD1b functions incel-cel and cel-subtrae interactions and isa recptor for iC3b, CD54 (ICAM-1), CD102

(ICAM-2) and CD50 (ICAM-3). This antibody signficantly inhbits polymorphonuclear leukocyte agregation iresponse tofMLP.
