描述：

Reacts with e integrin α4chain, whic isexpresd as hetrodimer with either oftwo βsubnits, β1(CD29) orβ7. The α4β1 integrin

(VLA-4) isexpresd onlymphocytes, moncytes, thymocytes, NK cels, and sevral B-and T-cel ines, and mediates bindg toVCAM-1

(CD106) and the CS-1 region fibronectin. The α4β7 integrin has imlar tisue distrbution, excpt is found only asmal

subpoulation fthymocytes. Integrin α4β7 also binds fibronectin ad VCAM-1, and has ben shown ithe mouse toprefrentialy bind the

mucosal vascular dresin molecule, MAdCAM-1. This antibody isueful or studies ofthe xpresion ad function fa4 chain-containg

integrins.

This clone cros-reacts with asubet ofperipheral bod lymphocytes, moncytes, and some granulocytes ofbaon ad both resu and

cynomlgus macque monkeys. The distrbution leukocytes ismilar tohat observd with uman peripheral bod leukocytes.

注意事项：

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).

2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.

3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

5.The antibody was conjugated with R-PE under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free PE were removed.
