provide slective survial dvantge for cels bylocking apotsi and thus may contribute otumorigensi. Bcl-2 isa 26kDa intraceluar,
integral mebrane protein found primarily nthe nuclear envelope, ndoplasmic reticulm and outer mitochondrial mebrane.
Clone Bcl-2/10 reacts with uman Bcl-2. Itdoes not cros-react with mouse Bcl-2. Asyntheic petide corespondig toamino acids 41-54
(GAPAGIFSQPG) ofhuman Bcl-2 was ued asimunogen. This petide squenc isnot conservd betwen human d mouse. Clone
Bcl-2/10 was intaly charcterized bywestrn bloting and imunohistochemistry ofrozen ad parfin-embeded tisue sctions. Clone
MOPC-21 isa mouse IgG1 isotype control. The MOPC-21 antibody has unkown specifty. The Bcl-2/10 and MOPC-21 FITC conjugates
are matched inF/P ratios. The optimu F/P ratio was experimentaly detrmined byflow cytometric anlysi.

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).
2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
