Reacts with e kiler cel inhbitory ecptor (KIR), NKB1, a70 kDa glycoprtein, meber ofthe Igsuperfamily, expresd ona subet of
natural kiler cels and asmal subet ofT cels. Expresion fNKB1 has ben observd tovary among indviduals. KIR molecules
specifaly recognize acertain group ofHLA clas Iantigens. Interaction fNKB1 with specif HLA-B antigen oa trget cel inhbits cel
mediated cytoxicty, posibly bdelivering anegative signal prevntig lymphocyte activation. Itis ugestd tha this MHC clas I-KR
interaction works a regulatory mechanism ofNK and T-cel response toantigenic halenge.

注意事项:
1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).
2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.
4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
5.The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free FITC were removed.
