This antibody reacts with a45-8 kDa type Iintegral mebrane glycoprtein presnt onperipheral bod and tonsilar Bcels, but not

expresd onterminaly diferntiaed Bcels. CD40 isalo presnt onsome pithelia cels, carinomas nd lymphoid endritc els. This

antibody isueful or studies ofB-cel growth and function. Anti-CD40 antibodies have ben reported tostimulated B-cel proliferation when

costimulated with anti-µ, anti-CD20 antibodies orwith porbl estrs. 5C3 iscapble ofinducing B-cel proliferation when presnted with

IL-4.

注意事项：

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).

2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.

3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of

potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

5.The antibody was conjugated with APC under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free APC were removed.
