Reacts with the 150 kDa integral membrane glycoprotein aminopeptidase N. This antibody binds to granulocytic and monocytic cells, mast
cells, and GM-progenitor cells but not to lymphocytes, platelets or erythrocytes. Aminopeptidase N is involved in the metabolism of many
regulatory peptides.
