clas I-restriced Tcels, including most Thelpr cels), moncytes, macrophages, ome dndritc els, and microglia. CD4 isan tigen

corecptor nthe T-cel surface tha interacts with MHC clas Imolecules onatigen-presntig cels. Itparticpates inT-cel activation

through it'sasociaton with e T-cel recptor complex and protein tyrosine kinase lck. The OX-35 clone has ben reported tobind toa

difernt epitope ofCD4 than tha recognized bythe W3/25 and OX-38 clones.

2.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

3.The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.

4.The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unreacted FITC was removed.

5.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
