hnRNP H1 is a member of the hnRNP family, which associate with heterogeneous nuclear RNA in the nucleus and are involved in the regulation of pre-mRNA processing.
Reactivity with hnRNP H2 (H’) has not been tested, but may exist based upon sequence similarity.

Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to human hnRNP H1 were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared by affinity chromatography.
