AHP555 recognises human RAD1, a homologue of Schizosaccharomyces pombe Rad 1 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae Rad 17p.
Studies suggest that Rad1 plays an important role in both meiotic and mitotic checkpoint controls.

Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
