IKK is a serine protein kinase. The IKK complex consists of an alpha IKK subunit IKK alpha and a beta subunit IKK beta. Both IKK alpha and IKK beta subunits are required for NFkB activation.
AHP546 recognises human IKK alpha and does not cross react with IKK beta or IKK gamma
