AHP288 is reactive with human NFkB p65 subunit (Rel A) .
In a gel supershift assay this antibody was found to be active against all p65 containing human, mouse or rat NFkB complexes using 0.5ul to 1.0ul per assay.
The specific binding of this antibody to the NFkB p65 subunit can be blocked using the NFkB p65 control peptide(PHP073).
