AHP2132 specifically recognises human DRAK2, otherwise known as Serine/threonine-protein kinase 17B (STK17B), a nuclear protein and novel member of the protein kinase superfamily, which is highly expressed in lymphoid tissues, acting as a positive inducer of apoptosis, and regulator of T cell activation and development.
