AHP1621 recognises human interleukin-22 receptor (IL-22R), also known as Interleukin-22 receptor alpha, a member of the class II cytokine receptor family. It associates with the Beta chain of the Interleukin-10 receptor to form the functional IL-22 receptor that enables IL-22 signalling via the JAK-STAT signalling pathway. It also forms a part of the receptors for IL-20 and IL-24.

AHP1621 detects a band of approximately 62kDa in HepG2 cell lysates.
Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life
18 months from date of despatch.
Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to human IL-22R were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography.
