9100-1057 is specific for the N-terminal domain of human transferrin.
In functional assays 9100-1057 inhibits the proliferation of Con-A stimulated blood lymphocytes. Removal of Sodium Azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. AbD Serotec recommend the use ofEQU003for this purpose.
