Antiserum Preparation
642005 was prepared from pooled antisera from donkeys hyperimmunised with goat IgG. The antiserum was cross adsorbed against mouse and rat serum proteins to minimize cross-reactivity. The preparation was purified by affinity chromatography on goat IgG covalently linked to agarose.
