618501 recognises the heavy and light chains of rat IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c, and the light chains of rat IgM as demonstrated by ELISA.
618501 has been cross-absorbed with human sera and purified human paraproteins. It has minimal cross reactivity with human Immunoglobulins.
