Hyaluronidase catalyzes the depolymerization of mucopolysaccharides, hyaluronic acid, and the chondroitin sulfates A and C. The enzyme is widely distributed in animal tissues but is found in great concentrations in the bovine and ovine testes.

This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the protein. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
